Payment methods: bank transfer, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or UPI. Invoices due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Images / Media: All images, logos, and media files must be emailed to [email protected]. No other channel accepted.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom source code, documentation, and design deliverables created specifically for the Client become the property of the Client. Rdelab retains ownership of pre-existing tools and grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for their use within the delivered work.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. Obligations survive termination.
8. Warranties
Rdelab warrants that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed scope and will be free of defects for 30 days from delivery. During this period, Rdelab fixes at no additional cost any defect resulting from its own error.
9. Change Requests
Any work outside the agreed scope — additional features, integrations, design revisions beyond agreed rounds, or content changes — will be treated as a Change Request and billed separately at rates agreed in writing before work begins. This Agreement covers only the scope defined in Section 2.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client pays for all work performed up to the termination date, and Rdelab delivers all completed work-in-progress against payment received.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
12. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Valid for 15 days from generation. Payment must be completed within this period to lock in the agreed pricing.
